I have accumulated Five years of extensive experience in graphic design and desktop publishing, using graphics through Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for both print and web.
I have demonstrated the ability to produce a wide variety of graphic products including newsletters, business cards, letter heads, logos, posters, t-shirts, flyers, window decals, and much more.
I have a keen ability to visualize and perceive words into picture. I am able to take and follow directions very well. I am also a great team player!
I am creative with strong communication skills and the efficiency to consistently meet deadlines.
What is my Experience?
In July 2003, I began studying Visual Communications at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Pittsburgh, PA.
I was due to graduate June 2005, but was unable to complete my program and left in May of 2005. The School has since closed down due to Shady Dealings in 2008.
Since 2007, I have been creating graphics for print through an online clothing shop which can be found at www.zazzle.com/pixielove.
Also since 2007, I have been creating and designing logos, flyers, business cards, window decals, web banners, web signatures, web logos, and even web sites for various clients. Mostly local businesses: production and promotional companies, music and entertainment companies, Musicians, Restaurants, and Bars.
I am also a passionate fine artist and I have many paintings and drawing that have been sold privately. My popular selling art included 16.5 x 11.7 inch colored pencil Japanese Anime "Caricatures". My most accomplished painting entitled "Still Life on Mars" was featured in a small art gallery Located in Lansdale, PA.
In December 2010, I secured a one-year contract with an Agent from Cleveland, OH. I designed a wide variety of logos, posters, web graphics, book covers, and t-shirts for a variety of clients. Which can be viewed under the "Freelance" album on this site.
February 2012, After my one-year contract ended, I decided it was time for a change of scenery and some new opportunities. So I hopped a train to Philadelphia where I now reside, and continue to build my little empire of design
